  3. Processing: Refund is issued via the same payment method used for the donation.

  4. Notification: Donors are informed when the refund is complete.

  • All disputes are investigated promptly and fairly.

  • We communicate updates and expected timelines to all parties.

  • In cases of fraud, the campaign may be suspended or permanently removed.


5. Escrow & Manual Fund Control

  • Donations are held in escrow until campaign milestones are verified.

  • Withdrawals require manual approval by the Thandizo team.

  • This process helps prevent fraud and ensures donor protection.


6. Commitment to Transparency

  • Campaigners and donors are notified of any investigations, refunds, or disputes.

  • We publish updates on resolved disputes and campaign accountability.


7. Policy Updates

  • This policy may be updated as needed to improve donor protection.

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website.
