2. Getting Started
Step 1: Visit the Website

Step 2: Create an Account
1. Click “Sign Up” on the top-right corner.
2. Fill in your Full Name, Email, and Password.
3. Verify your email or phone number if prompted.
4. Log in to your dashboard.
3. How to Create a Campaign
1. Click “Start a Campaign” on the homepage or dashboard.
2. Fill out the Campaign Details Form:
Campaign Title: A short, clear name for your cause.
Category: Choose from Education, Health, Community, Business, etc.
Goal Amount: Enter how much you want to raise (in ZMW).
Story/Description: Explain your cause in detail — why it matters, who benefits, and how funds will be used.
Upload Images or Video: Show proof or visuals of your project.
Add Contact Details: Ensure donors can reach you if needed.
3. Click “Submit for Review.”
Thandizo Admins will review and verify your campaign before it goes live.
Verification helps build trust with donors.
4. Once approved, your campaign goes Live and can start receiving donations!
4. How to Donate to a Campaign
1. Browse active campaigns on the homepage or search bar.
2. Click on any campaign you want to support.
3. Press “Donate Now.”
4. Choose your payment method:
MTN Mobile Money
Airtel Money
Zamtel Kwacha
(More payment options coming soon)
5. Enter your donation amount and confirm the transaction.
6. You’ll receive a confirmation message once payment is successful.
💡 Tip: You can also share the campaign link with friends and family via WhatsApp or social media.
5. How to Withdraw Funds
Withdrawals are processed via the Zynle Pay .
1. Log in to your Thandizo Zambia account.
2. Go to “My Campaigns” → “Withdraw Funds.”
3. Submit a withdrawal request stating the amount you wish to withdraw.
4. The Thandizo Admin Team will review and approve your request.
5. Once approved, funds are released to your registered mobile wallet or Bank Account
🕓 Withdrawal Processing Time:
1 business days for verification and transfer. Emergency Campaigns will be treated differently, call the number on the website to make emergency withdrawals.
📋 Note: Campaign owners must provide accurate mobile money details. Misleading information may delay or block withdrawals.
6. Campaign Verification and Rules
To keep the platform safe and credible:
Only verified campaigns are eligible for withdrawals.
Upload proof documents (e.g., NRC, organization certificate, or project photo).
Thandizo Zambia reserves the right to remove fake or fraudulent campaigns.

From your user dashboard, you can:
View campaign performance and donations.
Track withdrawal history.
Edit or update campaign details.

✅ Look for the “Verified Badge” on campaigns. These have been reviewed by the Thandizo Team.

✅ Yes, but you must clearly indicate who the funds are for and provide verification.
