Hello,

My name is Thomson Mwinuka, a Zambian entrepreneur working hard to turn my passion for cooking into a sustainable business—my very own food trailer.

Cooking has always been more than just a skill to me. It is how I bring people together, create joy, and express creativity. My dream is to launch a professionally built food trailer that serves fresh, flavorful meals made with care, while also creating income for myself and employment opportunities for others in my community.

I am raising USD 15,000 to build and launch this food trailer from the ground up. This support will allow me to operate legally, safely, and professionally from day one.
